I lost over 111 pounds and may I add I have PCOS. It has been a struggle, but worth it. IF nayone can help me find th eright way to help tone up my tummy along with the correct foods to eat to help aid that. I know the basics, but I just want to know if there is anything extra I can do to add on to it. I started to add a little more strength training versus 6 days of cardio. I am trying to alternate and just even add on strength with my cardio. I was doing Turbo Fire, but did not get results like I did with Jillian workouts so just started back on Jillian after the year break from her switching over to Turbo Fire. Anymore advice as in terms of exercise and foods to avoid the most and to concantrate on the most would be great! Thanks!:bigsmile:

- this site is awesome! you just click on a body part you want to work on and it gives you exercises to help.
I also love my stability ball (about 30 dollars) and yoga as tools for more toning.0 -
