dont understand how im gaining calories

i have my cal goal set to a certain limit and when i exercise what i burned off is added on to what i hve left for that day why? im not completely understanding it is that a good thing?!?!?!?!

You EARN extra calories for exercise. Most people eat all or part of these back.
1200 calories is a bare minimum. Even if you sat around on your tush all day - you would still need 1200 calories. Eating extra calories fuels your workouts, and helps you keep muscle while losing fat.0 -
