reaching daily cals with junk food

Just looking some opinions please. Lots of people on here say its cals in vs cals out and it doesnt matter were the cals come from. This last 2 weeks I have been so busy in work and customers have been bringing in lots of tins of chocolates for xmas, I have found myself constantly eating them all day. I have been staying within my allowance most days though. I have not weighed myself but can see my tummy bigger and feel bloated. Im not sure if its with all the rubbish I ate or if its because its TOM.
