So I have recently discovered (with the help of my wonderful MFP's) that:

1) If you take frozen low-fat Cool Whip and drizzle with low cal Chocolate Syrup you get a 75 calorie snack that tastes like an icecream sunday... and;

2) If you freeze fat free pudding it tastes just like fudgesciles.

Which makes me wonder... what other little 'secrets' are out there? Please share!

    Sugar free jelly. I buy it in pots, about 10 calories a pot the size of a yougurt.
    Really light Ribena, diluted with water and frozen in a lolly mold. Depends how dilute you make it, but less than 10 calories a stick

    Freeze the thick and creamy lemon yoplait, it takes like lemon sherbert.
