I am wondering if any of you Mexican or not, know what this dessert/pastry thing is that I ate from the market , is called.

It's like an empanada but it has sugar on the outside and custard inside? Is it considered a donut ,a turn over?

I have no clue how to track it :)

Thank you so much,I love the market by my house.

I just scored nuts in the shell for less than $2 a lb. Viva la vida!

you won't regret it. They are awesome. Also, the vallarta brand of tortilla chips is really good and low sodium. That's the only tortilla chips we buy now.
