First off I hopped on te scale today and hey 2 lbs down :) Its not alot but def. a step closer to my goal.

I youtoxing ubed a lot of videos and if you haven't done this yet its a GREAT way to get some fun 30min work outs. iadded a few kickboxing ones to my favorites and can't wait to try them out :)
