NSV - Bye bye muffin top

Had a small NSV today! Wore an older pair of pants to work today that used to be a little tight around the hips and I felt I was always hoisting them "above" my muffin top. Today I was off to the bathroom and realised, not only were the loose around my waist, the muffin top has gone! I almost wish it wasn't 30+ degress here in Australia so I could wear my jeans!! I'll try to post comparison shots later when I'm home!

    By hitching up, did you like pull up your pants above your belly button or try to? That's what I used to do! I still do, guess its a reflex lol.

    It does feel great! I didn't see much movement on the scales this week but when standing in front of the mirror at the gym doing tricep extensions I realised there was a small gap between my thighs! I don't remember them looking like that before so another NSV for me! Yay!
