I don't want to sound like I'm justifying anything, but . . . anyone else have a horrible cheat day on their birthdays? It's my birthday after all. Only comes once a year. I know I feel kinda sick right now from eating too much and too rich food. But, it was my birthday! Okay, I know I'm sounding kinda whiny right now, I'll stop.
Anyone else ever feel this way, and how do I stop it from snowballing into tomorrow and then Christmas, new years, etc?

I plan on eating thousands of calories on my birthday and not giving a s***. Roll on March! Although I will try and keep a lid on things for Xmas and New Year, so I have calories for the evil that is company conference (in food and all other aspects).0
