Hey everyone!
So, I've lost 50 lbs since May. Now it seems like I've reached a plateau. It feels like I've lost some ambition and that's not good.
In March we're going to TX and I would like to loose 20 more lbs, and not have flab. I do cardio and lift every other day.
Any advice?
