Eating under control, now I need motivation to exercise.

I have my eating under control :) but I have trouble exercising regularly. I have a home pilates machine that I don't hate and was using it 3x a week. Now it's on or two. Why? Hell if I know. Any ideas about getting motivated? Thanks

    Try something different. Doing the same thing 3 times every week gets boring. Change it up and try something fun! Maybe a fitness class with a friend (I like yoga and zumba) or just a power walk outside.
