I closed the tab after seeing the first myth. Every semi informed person with minimal high school physics knowledge knows that muscle is heavier than fat which is of course measured in terms of volume, you don't compare weight in terms of weight. It's not a myth to bust. Either yahoo copywriters are having a hard time to come up with good text or Mehmet Öz lost inspiration. :huh:0

Everyone knows that a kg of muscle has the same mass as a kg of fat - it weighs the same. However, the muscle has a smaller volume than the fat. Weight is related to mass, not volume.0 -
a lb of paper weighs more than a lb. This is brofact.
Unless you throw it in a pool. Or use it to throw a baby in a pool, I forget which.....0 -
I saw Dr OZ, thought this would be good for a laugh. Had a look, saw Yahoo and nearly died laughing.
(Also they're not busted by him at all, each piece is followed by an authors name none of which are his)0
