i ordered my30 day shred with JM! im in a jan. challenge starting the 2nd if anyone is interested...I also ordered Denise Austin: Best Bun and Leg Shapers....any feed back about these??? I'd love to hear how they have helped or not helped

    I have 30 day shred i liked it, and it helped me soooo much, now im in a challege doing extreme shed and shred ( her latest dvd) she is awesome.

    I like 30DS, haven't tried the other one...

    I like it because just when you think you're going to die, TA DA! the 20 minutes are over. there are also some modifications so it's less intense if you need it to be.

    I did find that so far I've been unable to do it 30 days in a row... my longest streak was 18. not too shabby. someone more dedicated than me should have no problem, since it's such a short (but intense) work out!

    you'll see your stamina improve pretty quickly while you're going through it. even as soon as 3 or 4 days I noticed a big change, particularly with the cardio rather than the strength..
