Hello!
My name is Holly, I am 20, and I'm currently studying to be a Veterinary Technician! While I'm going to school, I am living with the best roomie ever ( who is also my best friend and fitness buddy) ! We've started our healthy living journey together from the very beginning ^_^ ! During the summer we did lots and lots of biking and walking, and now in the colder months we do workout videos together! (( If you haven't bought and tried the 30DS, I highly recommend it! I was doing it for a bit, and I could really feel my endurance increase and my body start to tone. I had to stop due to studying for exams - which took up most of my time - but I'm starting it again over Christmas break to get in at least 2 weeks before school starts again)
In my pre and early teens, I use to be really over weight and made a point to change it while I had a chance. I had lost 50lbs and looked and felt great. Since then, life has tossed some curve balls in my direction and I gained some of it back. So now my goal is to be a healthy size once again! I know that I can make it there and keep it there - I just have to work hard and stick to it. Healthy(er) food shopping is already a habit for me ( Thanks to myfitnesspal and my roommate) so now I just need to keep at it.
So far I have lost 10lbs! Yay! It doesn't feel as awesome as some of the other success stories on here, but I am still quite proud! More so, I am proud of the inches I have dropped! From when I started recording my inches, I dropped 5.2 and most was from my waist ( I guess all of those ab workouts are paying off). My thighs have also shed a lot of inches and I can feel them toning up, but I never thought to measure them until about a month in when I lost most of the inches from them =O
Drum roll!

When I started in the summer, I hadn't joined myfitnesspal and was at 185, and was FAR less toned then I am now.
In the pictures you can see that my body is no longer trying to engulf my bra and that horrid back fat is disappearing! My tummy is also getting flatter, and I'm starting to develop an hourglass shape
Also, I'm super embarrassed that I'm posting pictures of me in my undies and my hair and face looking god awful, but it's the best way to see the inches coming off >.<' Please be kind
Edit: I have no idea why this image isn't working =/ I changed it from CAPS IMG to lowercase img
