Cheese Ball
Serves 16 (1/4 cup serving)
4 packages Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
4 packages Budding Sliced Beef (can use store brand if you like), chopped into small pieces
1 bunch of green onion, chopped thin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt (I use sea salt)
Mix all ingredients together and make a ball. Chill for about an hour and serve with your favorite crackers.

I've never tried fat free cream cheese for a cheese ball. Maybe I will, never occurred to me since that is usually a decadent treat.0
