Man...... someone posted a few days ago asking about your favorite workout music. I can't find the tread now:grumble: I just found some great ones...loaded them on my IPOD and am going to go for a run/walk!!!

I have to stop getting distracted!!!!!!!!!! I have more work to do since I will be enjoying some vacation next week..hiking, biking and camping...trailer style with a heater!!! :laugh:
