Hi,
I have just joined up and am really looking forward to meeting you all!
I am 51 year old female, living in NSW Australia, I am at least 60lbs overweight and basically have had enough of it, I have lost in the past but have put it back on and more over the years.
I am into Traditional Archery (think Robin Hood but without the dressing up!) and own several bows that are all old style longbows, and I also like axe throwing, I chuck a Gransfors double bit axe which is 30 inches long and weighs over 2kgs, its a good workout throwing that over my head!!
I have high blood pressure and basically want to get that under control so I can stop the meds.
I have downloaded the app on my iPhone and am logging everything so I am sure that will make me more aware of where I can change things.
I also need to move more as I sit at a desk for most of the day.
