Hello everyone! I'm new to MFP and using it to track my diet/gain weight rather than lose. I've helped many of my friends gain weight and muscle mass, and have also helped some lose weight while getting more cut. Though I do not know everything about exercise and nutrition, I have some knowledge and I'll gladly share it with anyone. I hope to be a personal trainer someday, once my life isn't so hectic. Anyhow, would love to help anyway I can and I'll support & motivate anyone who needs it (:
