    try string cheese and then wait to see if that helps before looking around for something else....I try to get busy if I get the munchies because I tend to eat if I am bored.

    Carrots with lf ranch dip
    Rudi's Gluten Free Bread
    Laughing cow cheese and crackers
    Peanut Butter and clelery
    Protein Shakes
    Cheese wedges or sticks
    Oatmeal
    Low fat chcolate milk
    Special K individual boxes of cereal
    grapes
    pineapple
    Hungry girl pumpkin muffiins (mix togther a box of brownie mix and a can of pumpkin...........do not add anything else that the box says to add, mix up and put into muffin tins. Bake at temp recommended on box
    Nuts (almonds, cashews, peauts)
    I also make a trail mix of nuts, choclate chips, small reese pieces and cocounut, I divide it into individual servings

    1 tablespoon half fat mayo
    1 teaspoon dill weed
