I just posted a new recipe on my blog for falafel, a chickpea patty that tastes spectacular! It is super easy to make and tastes like a vegetarian chicken nugget.

There are many ways to serve falafel. My favorite way is in a pita bread with tomato sauce. This recipe is perfect for a quick dinner, packed lunch or just a snack:

I LOVE FELAFEL SO MUCH. It is brilliant with pita bread, hummus and tabouli.

And while we're on the topic of Middle Eastern cuisine, EVERYONE YOU HAVE TO TRY BAKLAVA!

My mother loves baklava! But I didn't even realize that it was a Middle Eastern Dish. That makes sense

I love taboule & will kill or die for hummus.

Babaganoush is another of my favorites, and there's nothing wrong with shawarma either.

But I just can't eat anything that rhymes with awful

Falafel is so good in pita bread, I will have to try your recipe. I just had imjadara tonight. Very filling and healthy post workout meal. Basically lentils, bulgar wheat and sauteed onions. My family on my late mom's side is from Syria and Lebanon. She used to make imjadara all the time.
