446 calories over today.

Well, I went 446 calories over today. Hmmmm.... I did some exercise, but even with that.....I guess it just slipped up on me. Tomorrow my plan is to not eat when I get home from visiting company all day. Today I did eat under that situation: my
"settling in" pattern. So, instead I will have a glass of water when I get in. Also, I am a bit sad regarding my son's relationship with his girlfriend (my grandson's mommy now). Well, it did not help to overeat. Tomorrow is a new day. I will try to eat a deficiet of 446 calories tomorrow.

personaly i wouldnt worry, i've had bigger slip-ups and just ignore them. even thin people overeat once in a while0

As a better way to do it.. Spread out the extra 446 deficit into like 2-3 days instead of just tomorro so u wont be as hungry0

If you haven't had a cheat day in a couple weeks it can actually help..... I ate around 2500 over my goal a couple days ago and gained 3 lbs on the scale.... today I'm 1lb lighter than the morning of the cheat day....0

Just plan your day out better. I do a LOT better if I plan my whole day when I sit down at breakfast.0

Ha, 510 over today and I logged every bit of it!!! There are good days bad days, knowing is the most powerful weapon! Can't beat ourselves up about it that opens the door for continual beat downs. Dust it off, and take off running in the morning, I know I am!0
