Yesterday and today I went to the gym and burned 1000 calories each day! That is 2000 calories in the last 2 days! I am soo happy.
I dont know if I should eat back all of these calories though. I would like to save most to hope that I will loose more weight!
I am gonna try and do this for the rest of the week and hope for good results at the end of the week!

Yes, I would like to know also what exactly you are doing, how long you are at the gym and if you are using a HRM.

    GOOD LUCK!!

I would love to do what you are doing!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Yea i would love to know how to burn that many calories, actually i wouldnt im happy with what i do. But are u sure you are wearing a HRM? That is the only accurate reading i would trust.
  • I hope that my calories are right!
I am using the equipment at the gym. It is all brand new and asks me my weight and age, so wouldnt it be pretty accurate?
I worked out for 2 hours today at the gym and burned 1000 calories, does that seem wrong?
I used the eliptical machines and the treadmill.
    Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 hours if you are working out really hard can certainly burn 1,000 calories. I generally burn around 550-600 an hour and that is based on my HRM. The only thing I would suggest is that if you CAN, get an HRM so you are SURE of the calories you burn. I think you did A-Ok, though.

The machines aren't accurate I would invest in a HRM I got a polar f4 for 89.99 at target and i love it-

It is def possible to burn 1000 calories in the gym in 2 hours and its possible to burn more than that in 2 hours as well it depends how hard you are pushing yourself- My goal is to burn 10 calories a minute but usually go over that but thats my min-So it is possible to burn more or less calories within 2 hours- But the goal is to stay within your target heart rate thats when you really burn-
  • I do have a HRM, the thing is, is that I bought it for 12.00! I dont think it works very good and it is a watch one. I guess maybe I should take it to the gym tomorrow and see the difference from the machines and my HRM.
