Exercises to shrink thighs and butt?

I know there is no such thing as "spot reducing", but my recent 10lb weight gain seems to have gone all to my butt and thighs (which is odd because I have never had a problem/never carried fat there. I do a lot of cardio-- an hour of running and 30-45 elliptical, 15 stepper, and I usually do squats, leg presses, and thigh extensions (the machine that you kind of straddle and "push in" with your legs)....but to no avail?

Any suggestions? It seems so odd to change body shape, I'm suddenly "pear" when it used to be that my extra weight would rest in my stomach. Help!

  • Yes mam... Jillian Killer Buns and Thighs. at Walmart for 9.00 its amazing.. My butt hurts everytime I do it and love the results. Ive done all here workout dvd's they are only 30 min long and boy does she work your butt off.. hehe .. If it wasnt for her I wouldnt have meet my goal plus more.. Just try it why not 9 dollars it worth it..

    Your caloric deficit is the biggest factor. Do 100 squats every other day. Be careful of over training, never train on back to back days, your muscles need rest, thats when all the magic happens!
