It could have something to do with how many calories you were eating.0

Its only for Christmas. My aim in the new year is to change my lifestyle totally, have a continous training schedule and see what happens. I am getting a camera for xmas so might think about taking a pic every day for the first six months to see how i do and also to give me the motivation.
but for now, i am going to enjoy myself and eat what I want.. I think the reason why I feel I can do it is because i dont ned to lose weight, Im def not overweight, so feel I can get away with it. but its only going to be until the day after boxing day. got a new years eve party to go to so got to fit into something!!
happy christmas!!!0 -
As your not logging your food in your diary no way of telling why, but as you are not trying to lose weight then I don't suppose it matters except from a health point of view and as you are going to change your lifestyle in the New Year then eating rubbish for a few days won't matter either :ohwell:0

Its just weird that having eaten healthy for the majority of the year and eating at a normal rate, and training, as soon as i do nothing and eat rubbish, it goes down!! just thought it was very strange!0

I want to know what kind of rubbish you are eating? Maybe it will work for me too! :laugh:0

This happens to my husband, who is fairly muscular now, but used to be the tall skinny guy. He'll go on leave/vacation, sit around for a couple of weeks, eat more junk than usual, drink more than usual, and lose a little weight. Then he goes back to the gym and can't run as fast or lift as much. You do the math.0

Well literally, I will have a plate of different stuff, say, sausage rolls, mince pie, chocolate bars, crisps!!0

those darn sausage rolls.... thanks, now im hungry! but yeah, my hubbys the same way, he can eat healthy with a lot of protein and he gains weight (hes a bodybuilder) then he lays around for a week and loses quite a bit but when he goes to pump again he doesnt have near the strength he had before, he always says hes not losing fat hes losing muscle so maybe thats whats happening??0 -
"loose weight" ... yikes sounds scary and unattractive!

I've been sick all week and have lost more weight this week than any other week. I'm not eating bad but no exercise either. I just hope it doesn't jump back up when I get better.0

Might be your body having a little celebration now that it's getting some extra calories. I don't suggest taking this recent break through to be a new way for approaching your goals. Go back to the good eating and tracking. I've read that when lifting weights its good for you to take a week off of lifting every 3months. Maybe this is like that. A little break. Take the unexpected weight loss for the happy surprise it is and use it as motivation to get back to work.0
