25lbs Lost

I came across the photo on the left this morning. It was taken last December and I weighed 178lbs.
The picture on the right is from a few days ago, weighing 153lbs.

I never thought I could ever accomplish anything when it came to losing weight. I always seemed to sabatage myself by buying candy or cooking really delcious but unhealthy food. I finally put my foot down and told myself that I need to make a change in my life to be happy.

I have been using MFP on and off, but haven't counted calories since August. I found myself to be too obsessive when counting calories. It has been a very slow process, but so far I've lost 25lbs and am aiming to lose another 15lbs.
