Obsessed with exercise

I have a personal trainer at the gym, found some group fitness classes that I LOVE and do 5K speed walks on days I just don't want to be indoors at the gym.
I love the way exercise makes me feel and the results I'm getting from it. It has become an obsession and I can't get enough. Anyone else like that too??
For anyone that hates it or feels lazy, give yourself a month to try it and you'll see. I used to be a lazy sack of bones and now I set my alarm on a Saturday morning to take this awesome class at the gym. It's sooooo worth it!.
Merry Christmas everyone! :flowerforyou:

I love it too...My entire day sometimes seems to revolve around it. I transformed my body for 2011, and I feel at my best than i've ever been. When I enter the gym I get the same feeling I use to get when I was a small child myself going to the playground. It has also encouraged me to make a push for continuing education and possibly seek a career in health/nutrition/rehabilitation.0

I love it - never used to get the buzz I get now after it. And I too also revolve my day and organise my days off around it. Think nothing of doing 3 hrs of classes in a row0

My day doesn't feel complete without a coworkout either. I HATE rest days. I share your obsession. And I'm happy as hell about it!0

I prefer to play sports rather than the gym BUT in saying that I still go to the gym lot's :P There are a group of us who go to the gym together to do classes, and that makes it worth it! We even go to a 9am class every Saturday!!! It has just become a part of "what we do"0

I love it too.. running calms me and is my therapy. I get cranky when I can't workout like I want to!0

Same here. Resting seems "unfun" for some reasons. I wish I could just workout 5-6 hours a day. I feel great and accomplished after working out. Then I can also eat more and look good.

It's my job. I wouldn't have gotten this far without it.

love cardio! I base my daily routine around getting to the gym. I hate rest days too. I get very restless.0
