I have said most of it in the title to be honest, come from a big family my mum was at my size once but went through surgery. I don't want to head that way and want to do it myself. I'm a mummy of two and I love them to bits and obviously I don't get out much to exercise. I'm on the Atkins diet with my partner who also needs encouragement.
