NSV after a minor setback

Last night I made fudge and a cheesecake and didn't eat any of it. That was a short lived victory as I had two of the cookies I made this morning. I did go for a run afterwards, and for the first time ran the whole 1.66 miles (usually have to walk part of it). I then took the dog for a short walk, and when he wanted to run, ran with him too.
