Challenging times = Support

Options
With the holidays upon us I found myself reaching for my comfort winter foods, sweets and carbs. As I rose from the couch to head toward the kitchen my sore legs and arms reminded me how hard I worked out today. I quickly reassured myself that those foods, while tasty, will only cause me to feel regret later for my actions. Though I went to the gym this morning my necessary element to staying fit and on track is my support system. It's the co-workers joining my fitness pal, my parents mailing me recipes, friends starting a weekly dinner in, and my boyfriend always willing to share his knowledge and experience with me. I couldn't push through the challenging times without them.

So I ask, who supports you? Who helps you push through those trying times? More importantly who do you support?
