My Diary to lose 30 pounds by April,

Hi guys,

I have struggled with my weight most of my life even before I got my 3 wonderful children. and last year I started to take serious steps to lose this weight.

I know that my key to lose the weight is the exercise so I bought WII early this year and was doing some EA active sports from time to time which leads me to lose about 25 pounds ( 228.5 to 188 ).. and then went for a vacation for a month and as a result I gained weight till I reached : 205 again " sigh"

when I came back in July I have been doing exercise irregularly but the real trip started with beach body programs when I bought Turbo fire and Chalene extreme in October.

Didn't lose so much with them but every body say that I lost a lot of weight which means that strength training has a great effect on my body.

Last week I started Insanity and Rev abs and will do mix of the 4 programs for the next couple of months ( Insanity time table which will be my main program )

I need to lose 30 pounds and I know If I kept doing these workouts and watched my diet I WILL DO IT...

Here is my table that I have designed to keep tracking of all my workouts from 21 Dec , 2011 . till the end of January 2012.
