not enough calories

I only ate 955 calories today because I was really tired and since it was my hubby's day off he let me sleep in. It said I should eat at leat 1200, is this going to mess up my whole week? Because it is too late at night for me to eat anything else now and I just got home from work so maybe I need to plan my meal at work better. Any suggestions?

    Have some peanuts, granola bar or bowl of healthy cereal. It will not ruin the whole week though. Just make sure you fuel the body though, you do not want to go into starvation mode.:noway:

    Ahh, it won't mess you up. And I don't eat if I'm not hungry, just don't make a habit of it.

    You'll be fine tonight, but agree...try to eat more on a regular basis.
