December 28 is my one year mfp anniversary!! I've lost 69 pounds and am currently 177.This whole year I've lost about 1.5 pounds a week because I've been breastfeeding and afraid to lose more. I feel healthy though :)

Any how, the breastfeeding will end tomorrow night and I'd really like to be 167 by the time school begins (1/24/12). Do you think I could lose ten pounds this month? Would that be unhealthy? I'm totally determined to exercise and continue eating well (90% clean eating here!) but I'm just unsure if it's healthy. I want 167 because 1) it's a healthy bmi and 2) it would definitely put me into that size ten :)

You might be able to but it would be difficult. Why stress yourself out over such a short time limit though?

My experience is that when I went too far too quickly I did not have much energy and was not good for other people either (read my children). You may be better recording a smaller deficit but larger calorie intake (2000+ calories) and more exercise for building muscle etc. If you feel 'flat' eat more.

You are close to your goal as well, and if you still have a lot of loose skin that will take time. Consider BF measurement and DEFINITELY see a Doctor.

My advise is to continue doing what you have been doing to drop the weight. If you reach that 10lb goal that would be terrific, if not then you continue working and doing what you doing till you reach that ultimate goal. When you stress your body to lose more than it really should you end up losing proper fat and muscle. You've done to good so far to blow it over stressing your system out.. It willl come off, don't worry..
