Morning all,
I have been scouring but couldn't locate any decent full-body plans to compliment my running. i run three times a week, and would love to add a front and a back day inbetween, keeping the weekends as rest. Does anybody have a good intro, begener, or progressive plan?

I'd start with any of the New Rules for Weight Lifting books. If you're a woman, you might also want to check out The Female Body Breakthrough. All focus on doing 2-3 days/week of full body workouts, not separated into front/back or upper/lower segments. Full body, main muscle groups on all lifting days. Very efficient and effective.0

Male, but I'll take a look at that book (yay for Hanuka monies). As long as I can do a full and still be able to walk the dog roughly 4 miles a day, I should be fine with that book
