Hi! I'm leaving the day after tomorrow for a four-day long trip to Disney. I haven't been exactly sticking to my diet for the past few days, with all the Christmas sweets and junk food around. I'm trying to get back on track so that I can be in shape, especially for my birthday in two weeks. I'm also trying to save money on food by bringing my own along instead of paying for unhealthy and overpriced restaurant or park food. I'm looking for suggestions on what I can take with me, for the car ride, at the hotel, etc. It needs to be easy to store, as in non-refrigerated and pre-prepped. I can make things are home in advance, but I don't think I'll be able to do much extra at the hotel.
Thank you all so much!
