WALK AWAY THE POUNDS DVD QUESTION????

I don't have a HRM to calulate my calories burned so how should I count it on my cardio exercise?

Walking such as 4.0 mph
Or
Aerobics low impact???

    i always logged it as aerobics, low impact :)

    At a weight of 200ish I only burned about 200 cals in 30 min, 2 miles. So for me its less than walking at 4mph.

    I created my own entry and called it "Stacy's Walk/Jog with HRM". That might work for you to create a new entry that's personalized like that.

    Depending on the dvd, I log it as 4.0, 4.5 or 5.0 mph walking. I have a HRM and I usually burn more than MFP estimates.
