Last 20 lbs

I have been struggling with losing the last 20 lbs for quite sometime now. I believe the reason for this is:
lack of motivation &
my body reaching a plateau
Are there any suggestions to help the last 20 lbs come off?
I exercise 3-4 days a week , drink lots of water and eat protein / low carb foods.
any suggestions would help... think i just really need some support. I feel like there are people in my life that do not want me to succeed.. "go ahead have a small bite, it wont hurt" because they are jealous of my success.
please help me.
