Egg Beaters Original + The Laughing Cow Light Original Swiss Spreadable Cheese Wedge

PER SERVING (1/2 cup Egg Beaters and 1 cheese wedge): 95 calories, 2g fat, 490mg sodium, 3g carbs, 0g fiber, 2g sugars, 14.5g protein -- POINTS® value 2*

It's TOO easy. Spray a microwave-safe mug lightly with nonstick spray, and pour in the Egg Beaters. Next, break your cheese wedge into pieces and add them to the mug. Cover the mug and microwave for about a minute. Stir your cheesy egg mixture gently, and return it to the microwave for another 30 - 45 seconds, or until your scramble is just set. Mmmmmm! This one's so low in calories, feel free to pair it with another couple or a Fuji apple.

Oatmeal + Mott's Healthy Harvest Blueberry Delight Apple Sauce

4020oatmeal+mottsblueberryapplesauce2.jpg

PER SERVING (1/2 cup regular oats and one 4-oz. cup applesauce): 206 calories, 2.5g fat, 2mg sodium, 40g carbs, 5g fiber, 11.5g sugars, 6.5g protein -- POINTS® value 4*

This may look a little weird, but it tastes GREAT. Cook your oats according to the package instructions (with water, not milk), and then stir in a container of the blueberry-ified applesauce. It's a little funky in the color-department, but it's a fun and fantastic way to kick-start your day. Yum!

Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt + Freeze-Dried Fruit

4021fageyogurt+freezedriedfruit2.jpg

PER SERVING (6 oz. yogurt and 1/2 cup freeze-dried fruit): 140 calories, 0g fat, 92mg sodium, 18.5g carbs, 1g fiber, 16.5g sugars, 16g protein -- POINTS® value 3*

Our love affair with this ridiculously creamy, fat-free yogurt continues. This one is great because you can just throw in whatever freeze-dried fruit you like best and chow down. We're BIG fans of the Just Fruit Salad blend by Just Tomatoes, ETC.! -- but any freeze-dried fruit will give you a satisfying, crunchy, and delicious yogurt treat.

Eggo Nutri-Grain Low Fat Whole Wheat Waffles + Sugar-Free Preserves

4022eggowaffles+fruitpreserves2.jpg

PER SERVING (2 waffles and 2 tbsp. preserves): 160 calories, 2.5g fat, 410mg sodium, 37g carbs, 3g fiber, 3g sugars, 4g protein -- POINTS® value 3*

These waffles are a great grab-n-go food, but we like them best loaded up with our favorite preserves and eaten while propped up against a big, fluffy pillow (us, not the waffles). So grab some preserves in your fruity flavor of choice (like apricot, strawberry, raspberry, etc.), and then spread the love all over those waffles. Pssst! We know this kind of violates the "couple" rule, but feel free to invade this pair's privacy with a squirt of Fat Free Reddi-wip. YES!!!

Pillsbury Crescent Recipe Creations Dough + Meatless Breakfast Sausage

4023pillsburydough+morningstarsausage2.jpg

PER SERVING (1 prepared "pinwheel", 1/8th of recipe): 119 calories, 5.25g fat, 361mg sodium, 14g carbs, 0.75g fiber, 2.5g sugars, 5g protein -- POINTS® value 3*

We are in serious LOVE with this refrigerated dough, since it's soooo versatile and fits into any meal of the day. Our newest creation? Sausage-biscuit pinwheels. First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Roll out the entire package of dough so you have a big rectangle. Then scatter 6 oz. crumbled meatless sausage on top. (Get a pre-crumbled type -- like the frozen kind by Morningstar Farms -- or thaw some patties and crumble them yourself.) Starting with one of the short sides of the dough, roll it up into a log. Cut it into eight little breakfast biscuits with a serrated knife. Plop 'em on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray, with the swirls facing up. Then just bake them in the oven for about 15 minutes. Tada! Intruder alert -- these b-fast wheels are amazing with just a drop of sugar-free pancake syrup. YOU MUST TRY THESE ASAP!

I've tried all excpet the oatmeal and applesauce.. I've used yogurt instead.

I use the biscuit, egg beaters & LCC idea to make a breakfast dish. Cook the eggs, press the biscuits into the muffin tins, fill the biscuits with the eggs and add some LCC. And I add some chopped up bacon ontop. Very good!

I use the same concept for a dinner dish. Cook some ground turkey, lean ground beef or ground chicken, mix in some BBQ sauce, press biscuits into muffin tins, fill biscuits with meat mixture, add some cheese omtp and there you go.. BBQ beef cups. Sooooo good! Hubbz and girls are fans of these.
