2 Month Hiatus

I'm back for the first time in over 2 months. Let me be the poster child for the need for being accountable. I got comfortable and starting slacking off - not charting my food or my exercise. So here I am 20 pounds heavier and "starting over again." I cannot tell you the importance of keeping track of your nutrient and exercise. It's works when you have to answer to someone - YOURSELF!!!!!!

I'm in the same boat - maybe not 20 lbs, but I figure I'll weigh in about 15 lbs above my low.
