When to weigh...

I would like to know, when would you say is a good time to weigh yourself? When you first wake-up, before you go to bed, or whenever?

    I always have heard to weight yourself first thing in the morning... before breakfast or coffee.

    It doesn't matter...as long as it's consistent....same time of day, same amt. of clothing worn, same scale..... A lot of people do weigh in the morning after going to the bathroom with little or no clothing. :smile:
  • I always weigh myself in the mornings after I do my morning routine.

    I weigh Sunday morning, it makes me behave Sat. knowing the reckoning in in the morning.
    I agree with Carrie though, consistency is the key. Weather once a week, or daily and weather clothed or naked, be consistent. Use the same scale each time too.
