Okay, so Christmas pictures have given me a reason to continue this journey! Thank goodness for MFP because instead of feeling depressed I feel motivated. I CAN DO THIS!!!

    I know what you mean, I was looking through our Christmas pictures today and it finally hit me that I have lost more weight than I thought! Grats and you are right you CAN do this, we all CAN do this!! :drinker: Here is to a happy and healthy New Year for all of us!!
