This morning they finally summed it up. The key is calories in versus calories out. Regardless of what "diet" you're own ie: high protein low carb, high fat low protein etc...it really just comes down to numbers.

    That's right and that's wrong IMHO.

    yes, calories in vs calories out is how you loose WEIGHT

    but correct nutrition, and exercise along with having a net deficit in calories is how you lose FAT.

    I feel like that is a small but important distinction.
