Does anyone know average calorie burns for each dvd?

I think there are way too many factors to consider to determine. #1 every day is different which varies caloric burn. Also, stregnth training or HIIT type training will keep burning calories long past the end of the dvd. #2 calories burned will vary greatly by a persons weight, exertion, how quickly they move from one exercise to the next, ect. If you can use a heart rate monitor with chest strap. Good luck!0

For me it's anywhere from 250-330 I am 5'4" and 104 pounds. I wear a heart rate monitor. It depends on all sorts of things but for me that is what my average is0

Per the P90X fitness guide each workout burns around 600 calories. That's for men. You will have to adjust for women. I usually tell woment between 350-450 per workout.
The best way is with a heart rate monitor or a body bugg.0
