Hey y'all! Been training for 5 weeks but I just heard about this site so I am hoping it helps. I have been training for the police academy and have been building muscle but now I am looking for some weight loss. I am only 5'2 but weigh 138 pounds. My ultimate goal is low 120's, but only if I am still able to have muscle. I am hoping that keeping better track of what I am eating will help. :)
