30DS Question and NSV

I'm on day 21 of the 30DS and today at level 3 I was able to use mostly 10 and 5 lb weights with a 15 lb for the dumb bell cleans.....I feel so accomplished!! My arm and shoulder strength is something that I'm really trying to increase. But that got me to wondering what weight others use and if I'm on the low or higher end of the spectrum. So tell me guys and girls what pound weights are you using for this program?
