Has anyone done a body and colon detox? I got the Applied Nutrition Dual Action Cleanse...wondering if anyone has tried it? I plan on trying it on Wednesday....

Ahhhh, no, I haven't tried it and wouldn't it you paid me.
I'd suggest you do some reading about the way your body/colon very effectively cleanses itself.
