I was looking through some of the success stories and I've seen some imcredible changes. I need to know how people honestly lost this much weight, How dod you guys do it? I seriously wanna lose weight like these people, but I'm not sure how these people have lost that much weight.

    It's pretty easy. Eat within your calorie range at a deficit.

    Hard work and dedication. That's all there really is to it. You have to make up a plan for yourself and stick to it. Tracking is a great way to get started. It helps you see what you're REALLY eating (as opposed to what you THINK you're eating!). Start with tracking, get your food intake together, and then start adding in your exercise. It can be something as simple as walking around the block, going to the gym, or as many of us on MFP do, get some workout DVDs that look interesting that you think you can stick to! I, personally, have used Power 90, Slim in 6, and Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds. WATP videos are either high impact or low impact and range from 15 minutes to an hour, so they're easy to follow and great to get started with. Basically, it's calories in versus calories out. Eat and drink healthy calories, incorporate exercise, and stick with it!
