HELP..........I got an HRM for christmas (yay). But not clear on how it really works, How do I get an accurate calorie reading? Any help would be appericated. thanks.

    should have a full walk through under set up....what brand did you get? On the Polar, you just need to input your weight, age, etc....and it's under the settings on the HRM.
