    The app is simple and effective. It even let's you choose between 3 trainers who give you verbal commands and cues. I picked the drill sargeant to help motivate me. : )

    ughhhh! i am over weight and wanted to start this. week one i ran for 1 minute walked for 3 week 2 i did the real c25k and it was ok but not wonderful so i repeated it, and well i can't do it at all now. my legs hurt so bad i can barely walk, i am taking my rest days and just ordered new shoes for my type of feet. i am stretching and the first 2 runs are wonderful, the 3rd i am hurting too bad. anyone else had this issue? oh and by the time the next run day comes up i am not hurting hardly any at all. and i am not one to gripe about pain but i cried like a baby. :( anyone got any advice?
