    I have oats every morning, with any of the following add ins.

    Peanut Butter
    PB2 plain or Chocolate
    Chia Seed
    Splenda Sugar Blend
    Almonds
    Cinnamon
    Apple Pie Spice
    Chocolate Chips
    Raisins


    I cook a batch of Steel Cut in my crock Pot once a week. Then scoop 1/2 cups serving, onto a foil lined baking sheet, (spray on some non stick spray) and freeze. After freeing, I take the "cookies" off the cookie sheet, and place in a Zip closure bag in the freezer.

    To reheat, take a frozen one and microwave for 3 min, then add sweetener and other add ins.
    Add a little low fat milk or water, if you need to thin a bit.

    Thanks for all the replies. I'm going to try microwaving them for a short time tomorrow. I didn't know why the package says twice as much water as oats. Ick! If they don't turn out tomorrow, I'll put the old fashioned ones on my grocery list and use these for oatmeal candy or something.
