So, a few years ago I began making a breakfast Sandwich and now have it down to a science.

Also...this only has 210 calories!!!

NEEDED:

Microwave safe small bowl about the size of an english muffin
PAM -butter flaovr is best
All Whites
American Cheese
Thomas' 100 calorie english muffin

*Take out the bowl and spray it with Pam. Pour in egg whites abourt 1/2 inch high.
*Place it in the microwave for 90 seconds. This will NOT splatter. If you use a "fresh" egg white from an egg, this WILL splatter, stick with the All Whites which are 100% egg whites.
*Place the cheese on the english muffin and by the time you are done cleaning up, the microwave goes off.
*Slide the eggwhites onto the muffin and you have a handy, HEALTHY, long lasting, satisfying breakfast.

Enjoy! :)

I do this exact same thing. It's tasty and the egg comes out to be a perfect formed shape so it's easy to eat on the go.

An egg only has 80 calories. I make a similar sandwich with the whole egg and half a slice of low fat cheese for about 225 calories.

Turkey sausage is a nice change o pace too!
