How did everyone do over the holidays?

That's the big question that everyone asks themselves after the holidays.. So how did everyone do during the holidays? What are your goals for the remaining of the year? Have you made any goals for 2012?

My goal is to stay in the gym and keep drinking water. My goals for 2012 will be simple. I want to keep my routine consistent and make it a lifestyle. I'm running a half marathon in March and a 5K obstacle course (Run For Your Lives) in October.

P.S - I've lost 53 lbs since I've started back in the gym last summer and I feel great!

    Congrats! I'm new to the site. I made a conscious choice to 'relax' during the holidays, but must still work out in order to keep a good routine going..keep it up!

    I did horribly and still have New Year's to think about! :) I'm not going to worry about it though. I'm just going to jump right back in, after 2012 starts and kick butt! Abs, here I come!!
